⟩ What is the difference between a commission and a smaller commission?
A regular commission is a complete project that usually takes at least 3 weeks of work to create.
A smaller commission may include individual accessories or separate parts for your fursuit.
If you are not sure whether your request counts as a smaller commission, feel free to contact us at fursuits@zccreations.cz. We will gladly let you know whether we are able to accept and create your request.
⟩ What are your fursuit prices?
You can always find our current fursuit prices on our website in the Price List section.
The listed prices are starting prices for one commission in a single color, without complicated patterns, special details, or additional modifications. The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the scope of the commission.
⟩ How can I order a fursuit from you?
If our commissions are currently open, you can contact us directly by e-mail at fursuits@zccreations.cz.
To help us review your request and prepare a price estimate, we will need the following information from you:
- a reference sheet of your character,
- a short description of your character,
- an idea of what type of fursuit or fursuit parts you would like,
- any important details we should pay attention to during production.
After receiving your request, we will review it and let you know whether we are able to accept it. If the commission is approved, we will send you an e-mail with a price estimate, an approximate completion date, and basic information about your commission.
If you agree with our offer, we will prepare the documents needed to conclude the agreement. The e-mail will usually include the following documents:
- the currently valid Terms and Conditions,
- an amendment to the Terms and Conditions,
- the purchase agreement.
You will then fill in and sign the purchase agreement and send it back to us by e-mail. It is also important to follow the payment instructions stated in the agreement, especially the instructions for the first payment.
If any of the conditions do not suit you, feel free to contact us and we can discuss them together. If both parties agree, certain points may be adjusted in an amendment to the Terms and Conditions. This amendment is always prepared individually for the specific customer and commission.
⟩ I would like to order a fursuit from you, but I do not have a reference sheet. Is that a problem?
No, that is not a problem. If you do not have a reference sheet yet, we can help arrange one for you through an external artist.
This way, the final reference sheet will meet the requirements needed for fursuit production and will help us prepare a more accurate price estimate and create your commission more precisely.

⟩ Do you make NSFW elements for fursuits or NSFW accessories?
Generally, no. We do not usually make NSFW elements for fursuits or NSFW accessories.
However, each request is reviewed individually. If you are not sure whether your request is acceptable, feel free to contact us at fursuits@zccreations.cz and we will let you know whether we are able to accept it.
⟩ I have my own fur fabric for my fursuit. Can I provide it for my commission?
Yes, under certain conditions, you may provide your own fur fabric for your commission.
However, the use of customer-provided material must always be approved by us in advance and is subject to the conditions stated in our Terms and Conditions. If you would like to provide your own fur fabric, please contact us in advance at fursuits@zccreations.cz so we can confirm whether it can be used for your commission.
⟩ What should I do if my commission is delayed?
If your commission is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and discuss the situation with you.
Any possible compensation or other form of reimbursement for a delay is always handled according to the specific commission and the individual amendment to our Terms and Conditions.
This guarantee is usually stated in the section related to the final payment, where it is specified whether the customer is entitled to compensation or another form of reimbursement in case of a delay.
